Disclaimer
Wildflower Catering strives to provide the highest quality catering services. However, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the event or the services provided. We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by guests or third-party vendors. We take food safety seriously and adhere to all health regulations, but cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or food-related illnesses.
Pricing
Orders are confirmed after a deposit is made via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or cash.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure the date and services. This deposit will be credited toward the final bill.
Large orders must be paid in full five (5) days before the event or pickup.
No exceptions. Pickup orders and deliveries must be checked and sampled before leaving or at drop-off.
All pricing of food and beverages is subject to current sales taxes.
Sales tax (8.25%) applies to all food, beverage, delivery, and service charges.
Any full-service buffets will have a 20% service fee added to ensure your guests receive the proper service and attention.
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to all credit or debit card payments.
Orders placed through third-party platforms (such as ezCater) are subject to their payment and refund policies.
The total catering cost is determined by guest count, menu selection, and any requested additional services. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least five (5) days before the event for a partial refund.
Confirmed bookings may be rescheduled once within six (6) months of the original date at no cost.
Refunds
We cannot cancel, refund, or issue store credit for any items once preparation has begun.
All food is made fresh to order with high-quality ingredients.
We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with taste, texture, temperature, or sauce consistency, as some variations naturally occur.
Pickup orders and deliveries must be checked and sampled before leaving or at drop-off.
Rentals
Any rentals of linens, china, glassware, flatware, or equipment are at the client’s expense.
Wildflower Catering can assist with recommendations and quotes.
Clients are responsible for any rental items that are damaged or lost.
Liability
The caterer is not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from the consumption of catered food.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Wildflower Catering harmless from any damages, losses, or liabilities.
Wildflower Catering reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any customer.
Any abuse or violation of this policy may result in refusal of future services.
Gratuity
A 20% service fee applies to staffed events.
Additional gratuity for service personnel is optional and left to the client’s discretion.
Force Majeure
Wildflower Catering shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, storms, hurricanes, power outages, government restrictions, labor disputes, epidemics, transportation interruptions, or any other unforeseen emergency.
If a Force Majeure event occurs, Wildflower Catering will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event or apply deposits toward a future date within six (6) months.
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Wildflower Catering depending on the situation and costs already incurred.
Client Acknowledgment
By placing an order or deposit with Wildflower Catering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Catering Policy.
